Comment from the depositorA derivative cell line of HUDEP-2 (RCB4557) with the genetic mutation in β globin that causes sickle cell anemia.

PLoS One 8(3): e59890 (2013). Molecular Therapy Methods & Clinical Development 17: 912-921 (2020). 3) In publishing research results obtained by the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, the following acknowledgement must be expressed. “The sHUDEP-2 cells were generated by Dr. John F. Tisdale of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute as a derivative of the HUDEP-2 cell line originally obtained from RIKEN BRC.”
