Comment from the depositorMouse hybridomas producing anti-human OX40 monoclonal antibody(2 clone: B7B5 and B#11). Each isotype is IgG1. B7B5 does not block but B#11 blocks the interaction between OX40 and its ligand (OX40L). The three clones B7B5, B#11 and W454 recognize distinct epitopies one another.
