Comment from the depositorA mouse cell line producing mouse G-CSF receptor: Mouse G-CSF receptor cDNA was inserted into pEF-BOS vector, and introduced into mouse LGM cells together with neomycin-resistant gene. The G-418 resistant transformants were selected.
