| Comment from the depositor | A mouse cell line expressing protease-resistant mouse Fas ligand: A DNA fragment coding for mouse CD40 ligand (aa 1-79) was fused to the DNA fragmant coding for mouse Fas ligand (aa 132-279). The cDNA was inserted into pEF-BOS vector, and introduced into Meth A mouse fibrosarcoma together with a neomycin-resistant gene. The G-418 resistant transformants were selected. |
