Comment from the depositor			A mouse cell line producing human G-CSF: Human G-CSF cDNA under SV40 Tg promoter was introduced into mouse C127 cells using the bovine papillomavirus as a vector. One (TN-V216) of the transformant clones that produce a high level of human G-CSF was selected.
