Comment from the depositorMouse embryonic fibroblasts expressing a luciferase reporter under the control of the antioxidant response element (ARE) derived from the mouse NQO1 gene. These cells were established from Nqo1-ARE-Luc transgenic mice (PMID: 17237276). Luciferase activity allows the evaluation of ARE-dependent transcriptional activation.
