Comment from the depositor			A genetically modified human hepatoma cell line in which eight liver-specific transcription factor genes are introduced into human hepatoblastoma HepG2 (RCB1648) cells so as to be expressed by heat stimulation, and many liver functions are induced upon heat treatment (43°C, 30 minutes).
