HUE### cells are normal human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). HUE cell lines were isolated from human umbilical cord veins following incubation with trypsin solution. When cultured under the recommended condition, the cells demonstrate characteristics of normal vascular endothelial cells both morphologically and biochemically, and a division life span of 40〜58 PDL. The PDL of the cells at the time of freeze-stock will be provided. The three digits following HUE represent the anonymous donor number.

(Exp Cell Res 1987 172(1):92-100) designated by the DEPOSITOR is required. 3) It is strictly prohibited to take this (these) cell(s) and research products derived from it (them) out of Japan, use them outside Japan, or use them to file/obtain intellectual property rights in Japan or any other countries/locations.
