Comment from the depositorAn erythropoietin-dependent human leukemia cell line AS-E2 has been established from bone marrow of pure erythroid leukemia (PEL) patient. AS-E2 cells are strictly dependent on erythropoietin (EPO) for their growth and survival.
Terms and conditionsIn publishing research results obtained by the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the literature ref. (Leukemia 1997 11(11):1941-9) designated by the DEPOSITOR is required.
