AT2-null mice crossed with gp64 transgenic mice. AT２-null mice were prepared according to the previously described procedure (Nature, 377. 748-750, 1995). Gp64 transgenic mice were prepared according to the previously described procedure ( J.Immunol,Methods. 30: 322(1-2), 114-117, 2007.).

Human angiotensin type II receptor (hAT2R) (35-346aa) was expressed on Sf9 insect cells using baculovirus obtained from the Bac-to-Bac system. The ｈAT2R was purified in the presence of [Sar^(1), Ile^(8)]-AngiotensinII and reconstituted into liposomes as antigen. Full length of hAT2R was expressed on the surface of baculovirus according to the previously described procedure ( J. Immunol,Methods. 30: 322(1-2), 114-117, 2007). This hybridoma was generated using both the recombinant hAT2R/liposome and the recombinant ｈAT2/budded virus as an immunogen.
