Comment from the depositorThe cell line has been established from a biopsied sample with an aplastic embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma originating in the pelvis of 5-year-old female. The biopsy revealed TP53 c.733G>A; however, the autopsy and established cell line showed TP53 c.743G>T.
