Comment from the depositorHepa/8F5 derived from mouse hepatoma Hepa1-6 [RCB1638] cells was established by introducing doxycycline (Dox)-inducible eight liver-enriched transcription factor (LETF) genes. Upon overexpression of LETF genes by Dox addition, cell proliferation ceases and the cells change the morphology expressing high liver functions.
