Comment | Culture of Thymic Epithelial Cell Lines., Protocol (pdf:120KB) |
Comment from the depositor | A mouse thymic medullary epithelial cell line. It has the ability to present soluble antigen to its antigen specific helper T cells. This cell line is available to analyze the functions of cortical epithelial cells and medullary epithelial cells that control the differentiation and selection of intrathymic T cells. It is also useful for attempts such as thymus reconstruction using these cell lines, aiming at such functional recovery. |
Terms and conditions | In publishing research results obtained by the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the literature ref. (Cell Immunol. 1991;132:377-390., J Exp Med. 1992;175:1601-1605. and Methods Mol Biol. 2007;380:107-123.) designated by the DEPOSITOR is required. |

Regarding MTA between user institutions and RIKEN BRC, there are two kinds of MTA, not-for-profit academic purpose (C-XXXX) and for-profit research purpose (C-XXXXp) , depending on the sort of user institutions and the purposes of use. Please use an appropriate MTA(to see). In relation to commercial use and use for patent filing, first of all Please contact RIKEN BRC (cellbank.brc@riken.jp).
