CommentCulture of Thymic Epithelial Cell Lines., Protocol (pdf:120KB)
Comment from the depositorA mouse thymic medullary epithelial cell line. It has the ability to present soluble antigen to its antigen specific helper T cells. This cell line is available to analyze the functions of cortical epithelial cells and medullary epithelial cells that control the differentiation and selection of intrathymic T cells. It is also useful for attempts such as thymus reconstruction using these cell lines, aiming at such functional recovery.
