Terms and conditions1) Material is considered the proprietary property of Mitsubishi Kagaku Institute of Life Science (MITILA) and Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (MCC) . 2) Recipient Investigator agrees not to use Material for profit making or commercial purposes. 3) Recipient Investigator shall acknowledge the source of Material in any publication containing experimental results obtained with the use of Material. 4) In publishing research results obtained by the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the literature ref. (Proc Natl Acad Sci USA 1992;89:8879-8883) designated by the DEPOSITOR is required. 5) At the conclusion of the research for which Material was requested, Recipient shall dispose of unused Material in an appropriate legal manner. 6) After providing Material, RIKEN BRC shall inform MCC of followings;names of Recipient and Recipient Investigator, purpose and date.
