CommentBurkitt's lymphoma. Sensitive to LAK cells but resistant to NK cells. Back up of culture ECA2673. Resistant to VSV. This cell line carries the latent Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) genome and is positive for EBNA. RAJI is sometimes referred to as a 'non-producer'; the EBV genome carries deletions attributed to preventing the formation of virus particles. Since “Terms and conditions” etc. for this cell line can be changed, the users of this cell line must refer to ECACC 85011429 prior to order.
