細胞特性(日)ヒト急性単球性白血病由来細胞株。Phorbol ester 処理によりマクロファージ様に分化する。ATCCが頒布しているTHP-1細胞とは性質が少し異なる(大きさ、薬剤感受性等)。DSMZとの交換細胞株。使用条件等が DSMZによって随時変更となる可能性があります。ご購入前に、ACC 16 を必ずご参照ください。培養開始にあたっての注意
