CommentHuman cell line derived from lung cancer. Large cell carcinoma. Derived from skin metastasis. Transplantable in immuno-deficient mouse, but metastasis to lymph nodes is rarely observed. IA-5 (RCB0548) and IA-LM (RCB0554) were derived from the same patient.
