使用条件(英)		1) The BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE must be used for academic research purpose conducted by RECIPIENT who belongs to a not-for profit academic organization (i.e. a university or another institution of higher education or any non-profit scientific or educational organization, including government agencies). 2) In publishing research results obtained by the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the literature ref. (*in preparation) designated by the DEPOSITOR is required. 3) Attach Appendix to MTA (C-XXXX).
使用条件(日)		1) 非営利の団体に所属する利用者による学術研究での使用に限る。2) 利用者は、研究成果の公表にあたって寄託者の指定する文献 (＊投稿準備中) を引用すること。3) 利用者は別紙1の内容を遵守し、提供同意書 (C-0071) に添付すること。

		Regarding MTA between user institutions and RIKEN BRC, there are two kinds of MTA, not-for-profit academic purpose (C-XXXX) and for-profit research purpose (C-XXXXp) , depending on the sort of user institutions and the purposes of use.
