| Comment from the depositor | Disease-specific iPS cells. iPS cells were established from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of female Becker muscular dystrophy carrier with severe heart failure using Sendai virus vectors encoding OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4, L-MYC. ddPCR analysis demonstrated that cardiomyocytes differentiated from HPS5624 and HPS5625 exhibited dominant expression of wild type DMD, while HPS5626 exhibited dominant expression of Δ45-48 DMD. |
