Comment from the depositorDisease-specific iPS cell line (Ullrich congenital muscular dystrophy) : Established by the transduction of 7 factors (hL-MYC, hLIN28, hSOX2, hKLF4, OCT3/4, mp53DD, EBNA1) with episomal vector system into fibroblast cells from a Ullrich congenital muscular dystrophy patient.
