| Comment from the depositor | Disease-specific iPS cells. iPS cells were established from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patient using sendai virus vectors encoding OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4, and c-MYC. iPS cells were inserted corresponding mutation in Myosin binding protein C using the plasmid vector px459. |
