Comment from the depositorDisease-specific iPS cells. iPS cells were established from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of dilated cardiomyopathy (dilated phase hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) patient using Sendai virus vectors encoding OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4, c-MYC.
Terms and conditions1) The iPS cells created using the Sendai virus vector are now available must be observed when using SeV-iPS cells. 2) The BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE must be used for academic research purpose conducted by RECIPIENT who belongs to a not-for profit academic organization (i.e. a university or another institution of higher education or any non-profit scientific or educational organization, including government agencies). 3) The RECIPIENT agrees to use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURSE only for publication of research papers. 4) The RECIPIENT agrees to obtain the prior written approval of the distribution from the APPROVER. 5) Contact Us : RIKEN Cell Bank
