Comment from the depositorDisease specific iPS cell line derived from a person with trisomy 21 (Down syndrome, 47,XY,+21). This iPS cells were created using episomal vectors (OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4, L-MYC, LIN28, p53-shRNA, and EBNA1).
