Comment from the depositorGastric cancer tissue-derived iPS cell line. Established by transducing three factors (human OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4) into the primary culture cells derived from the cancer tissue of a gastric cancer patient using retroviral vectors. GC1-X series such as HPS3558 GC1-1, HPS3561 GC1-2, HPS3567 GC1-3, HPS3569 GC1-5, HPS3571 GC1-7 and HPS3572 GC1-8 as well as HPS3590 NGC1-1, HPS3591 NGC1-2, HPS3592 NGC1-6, and HPS3593 NGC1-7 are from the same patient. The culture conditions must be the same for the purpose of conducting detailed comparative studies within these iPS cell series.
