Comment from the depositorDisease-specific iPS cells. iPS cells were established from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome patient using episomal vectors encoding OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4, L-MYC, LIN28, mp53DD and EBNA1.
