Comment | Disease specific iPS cell line derived from a patient : Juvenile nephronophthisis. The analysis performed by RIKEN BRC indicated homozygous deletion from 110,852,753 (MALL gene region) to 110,986,718 (NPHP1 gene region) in Chromosome 2 (detected by CGH array). HPS0449, HPS0450, HPS0451 were derived from the same patient. |
