CommentCurrently not ready.
Comment from the depositorThe FGF receptor-overexpressing cells to be used for the analyses of receptor specificity of the various FGF ligands. These cells are engineered from Ba/F3 cells and stably overexpress one of seven subtypes, as defined in the cell name, of FGF receptors. When a cognate (specific) FGF ligand is added, together with heparin, to the medium of these cells, cell growth is stimulated that can be detected by cell number and/or DNA synthesis. While the parent Ba/F3 cells proliferate only by the stimulation with IL-3.

Regarding MTA between user institutions and RIKEN BRC, there are two kinds of MTA, not-for-profit academic purpose (C-XXXX) and for-profit research purpose (C-XXXXp) , depending on the sort of user institutions and the purposes of use. Please use an appropriate MTA(to see). In relation to commercial use and use for patent filing, first of all Please contact RIKEN BRC (cellbank.brc@riken.jp).
