Comment
Comment from the depositorA reporter cell line derived from a mouse hematopoietic cell line, Ba/F3, for identification of proteins that are translocated into or out of the nucleus in response to an extracellular stimulus and other changes in cell status using the inducible translocation trap (ITT) technology. The cell line can also be used for screening of compounds affecting inducible nuclear translocation and nuclear export by ITT. The human CD2 (hCD2) gene is used as reporter gene.
