1) In relation to the use of for-profit institution, a prior written permission of the DEPOSITOR is required. In relation to the use of not-for-profit institution, a prior written permission of the DEPOSITOR is not required. 2) The RECIPENT agrees to use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE only for academic research purpose. 3) In publishing research results obtained by the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the literature ref. (Development 1997;124:4133-4141) designated by the DEPOSITOR is required. 4) Any patenting action by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESORCE requires a prior consent of the DEPOSITOR. 5) Transfer of the BIOLOGICAL REOSRCE to the third party from the RECIPIENT is prohibited without a prior permission of the DEPOSITOR.
