特性(日) ヒト急性単球性白血病。Phorbol ester 処理によりマクロファージ様に分化する。DSMZとの交換細胞株。当室が保有するTHP-1細胞はATCCが保有するTHP-1細胞とは性質が少し異なる(大きさ、薬剤感受性等)細胞である。培養開始にあたっての注意
