Comment from the depositor			Human hepatic lineage-oriented iPS cell line. Established by transducing three factors (human OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4) into the primary culture cells derived from adult skin tissue (normal human dermal fibroblasts, adult; primary culture) using retroviral vectors. HPS3590 NGC1-1 and HPS3591 NGC1-2 are also human hepatic lineage-oriented iPS cell lines.
